CLICK and COLLECT
We don’t sell by post, but you can “Click & Collect” an item available here, without obligation if you change your mind before collecting.
Simply visit our stock listings here, click on the item you like and fill in the brief enquiry form, asking us to reserve it for you. You can expect a quick response, but please wait until your reservation is confirmed by email.
Alternatively, you can simply email the stock number (for example 12-34-567) and your request to email@example.com
Please note that we will NOT be able to move stock between stores, so check first that the item you would like is located in a store you can visit : Chester, Liverpool city centre or Birkenhead. This should be visible when you first click on the individual item. Jewellery may be reserved for 48 hours, watches for only 24 hours.
We regret that during periods of COVID-19 we may not be able to show you additional items while you are in store.
LAY-BY (Items on Deposit) : COLLECTIONS during COVID-19 lockdowns
Clients who have paid a deposit to secure an item before a period of lockdown may still come to collect it, as our stores will be open for other, essential financial service.
You can pay the balance in-store, or by cleared bank transfer before coming in. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your layby number if you would like more details.
